Feed System

Spray coating
High pressure airless spray: the coating liquid is atomized into tiny droplets through a high-pressure spray gun and sprayed evenly onto the tablet surface.
Multi spray gun configuration: Multiple spray guns (2-6) are configured according to the size of the drum to ensure full coverage spraying and no dead corners.
Dynamic Rolling and Drying
Drum rotation: The coating pot rotates at an adjustable speed (5-25 RPM) and is equipped with a patented guide plate to ensure even rolling of the tablets and prevent adhesion.
Hot air circulation: Clean hot air enters the drum through an efficient filter, quickly drying the coating solution and forming a uniform coating film.
Negative pressure dust removal: Equipped with a built-in dust removal system, it extracts excess dust and solvent vapor in real-time to maintain a clean production environment.
Discharge and cooling
Automatic discharge: After the coating is completed, the tablets are automatically discharged through a closed channel to reduce the risk of human contamination.
Cooling system: Tablets enter the cooling section, solidify the coating film, and ensure coating stability.
